Agloco
I am a member of AGLOCO. It has a goal of reaching 10,000,000 Members by July 1st. Here is why I would like you to consider joining: 1. AGLOCO pays you, as an Internet user, your fair share of the value created while you surf.
2. The AGLOCO’s free software puts you in control of what arrives on your screen and what data you allow outsiders to collect.
3. AGLOCO is a 100% Member owned company which rewards the Members who help build the company. It never costs anything to be a Member AGLOCO is only four weeks old and it has already signed up tens of thousands of Members and has created enormous Internet ‘buzz’ (over 700,000 pages in Google’s search talk about AGLOCO).
AGLOCO is not a ‘get rich’ quick scheme. Every additional Member raises the value of all the Members, so we all get more if you join. It is free to join and Membership never costs anything. Click here to read more and sign up now. http://www.agloco.com/(Affiliate Link)

Three Strikes in Network Marketing
Anyway I joined three network marketing programs... scams.
First strikeGlobalWon: It's a global lottery system, my amateur "due diligence" thought oh sounds like a good idea... $2500 down the drain with $250 ROI... whoo hoo got 10% of my money back... Yes let's throw money at people and hope for 10% back...
Second strikePhone Power: I thought ooh I can make a quick return on investment with $1,995 down now and make $6,000 after helping six more people into the program, or rather con them into the program.
Third strike ITV Ventures, It's a non-FDA approved supplement business. I thought I can help old people get healthier. ITV Ventures has a 90 day refund, so I'm getting most of it back, awfully nice of them.
In all three network marketing adventures my goal was to help people, but it didn't quite turn out that way. I knew I shouldn't have joined these things, but I was blinded by greed and money. I've heard if it's too good to be true it probably is, but a part of me was like, I know better. Guess I don't.
I've been doing some more research and found some more sites and articles that helped clear up some things for me. There are probably a lot of things in life that I'm going to make mistakes and screw up in, all I can do is try to figure out how to make it right.
All in all I'm through with network marketing, I don't want to con people into making me money. Life isn't a zero sum game and if I want to do business I want all parties to benefit, partners, employees, and customers, or is that too altruistic? I hope not.
Bottom line: Got to think through things, get advice, and make discerning and wise decisions.

I apologize for the harsh tone I just finished reading this blog and it put me in a weird mood, the site has some language and adult oriented discussion: http://www.violentacres.com/

Rich Dad, Poor Dad
Although I respect Robert Kiyosaki's movement on Financial Literacy, I'm all for it. I first discarded this website as rubbish, but I came across it again and read through it thoroughly. Guess, I need to be more careful about what advice to listen to.
This John T Reed guy is transparent unlike some people... Anyway, I dunno... Check it out if you get a chance:

Don't buy life insurance for kids
I have a subscription to http://www.marketwatch.com/. I just skim through the headers and see if there is anything worth reading. Occasionally, I’ll come across something interesting that I may be able to use.
For example: Today I read that You shouldn’t buy life insurance for kids. The basic gist is that you don’t really need life insurance for children, but as a parent you should get it to take care of your children for the future.
Anyway, it’s a really short read, check it out here: http://www.marketwatch.com/

Get Rich Quick
I never realized how many “get rich” websites there were until I started joining "traffic-exchange" websites. First, I’m overwhelmed at all of the traffic exchange websites out there. There are just way too many. I'm unsure how to respond to this. I guess it’s better to have a ton of competition. This effort begins with me trying to minimize my marketing costs of this website and trying to get it out there.
Naturally, I did a search to do gather some background information. I head on over to convenient and open-source Wikipedia, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_exchange. It clarified a lot for me.
Internet marketing is like jumping into the middle of the Pacific ocean and trying to figure out where the nearest dry land is.
I'm a little confused and unsure, where my place is in this world of internet marketing. Too much bombardment, I guess that’s a threshold where people will not want to get across, I figure life is short, why not give it a whirl. In the mean time I’ll see if I can get a hang of it.
For now I signed up with http://www.clicknputt.com/?rid=1280, please fill free to check it out, I’m not exactly sure how I will measure the effect of that site. Currently, no one knows about this blog except one other person than myself. Let’s see if this will help people know what’s going on.
Clicknputt has a nice gimmick, the whole golf motif works well. I paid a dollar to join for a lifetime membership, I figured what the heck, let’s give it a whirl. Like any other referral programs out there they want you to market and get more traffic to their site. I guess that’s just how it works.
If you want to sign up with clicknputt and help me out click the referral version, I’d appreciate it. It originally costs 19.99, but if you put in the code “WhatADeal” it costs a dollar, that’s what I did. Now I have to sit here and look at all the other websites trying to get traffic to their sites.
The other traffic exchange site I joined is http://www.hitgusher.com, this one is free, we’ll see how well this one works too. For this one you have to surf and check 50 websites before activating your account. It’s a little tedious and annoying to see all of the “competitors,” but it’s educational nevertheless, to see what other people are up to.
Of course, the website I want to advertise is the one you’re reading.
As I am surfing through this sites, I’m slowly realizing something… I’m not sure yet, but there is something. Hopefully, I can figure it out before the next post.
